During the entire Congress, the attire will be casual and informal.
Visa / Letter of Invitation
An official personalized letter of invitation will be provided to registered participants if requested as part of the registration procedure. This invitation is prepared solely for the purpose of visa applications and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support or confirmation of inclusion in the Scientific Programme. Invitation letters will be provided electronically (PDF) or as a hard copy if required. In case of special delivery (courier) request, the participant will be responsible for all charges.
Agent for Italian Organizations and Participants
As Organizers of the congress ESRA 2020 taking place in Thessaloniki, Greece from 16 to 19 September, 2020 we entrust TWT srl, to collect the applications from pharmaceutical companies (participating as sponsors or exhibitors) for the Italian Ministry of Health agency (Agenzia Italiana del Farmaco AIFA) procedure, in compliance with the instructions given by the Legislative Order 219 of the 24th april 2006 – art. 124.

Guest Attendance Policy
All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
Liability and Insurance
The Congress Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or indirectly arising from the ESRA 2020. Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables. Congress Participants are advised to take out their own personal health and travel insurance for their trip.
